Love Elementary is a Neighborhood Vanguard School located at 1120 W. 13th Street in the Houston Heights. Love's dedicated teachers, parents and principal work hard to provide specialized enrichment programs for students through outside grants, community partnerships and volunteer programs.

One quarter of the students attending Love are not zoned to the school, but choose it for the engaging, vibrantand successful educational environment Love has to offer.

An HISD board member observed that Love "may not be a 'magnet' school, but it is definitely magnetic"!
