Revere Middle School is located in the heart of Houston's vibrant Westchase District. It is a Houston ISD Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math Magnet school as well as a Neighborhood Vanguard Gifted/Talented school. Revere is T. E. A. Recognized for 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.

  • Revere BPA  

    Business Professionals of America(BPA) National Leadership Conference in Boston, MA

    Four out of eight Patriots placed in the top ten.  They competed with other middle school students from all over the United States.

    Aaron Chavez was a finalist in Business Math Concepts.
    Tamar Ikwuagwu was a finalist in Business Fundamentals Concepts.
    Breyona Mitchell was a finalist in Business Communication Concepts.
    Sofia Poza and Breyona Mitchell were finalists in the Web Application Team, http://sciencetutors.my-free.website/tutoring-time.

    The kids got a chance to visit Harvard University, MIT, The Freedom Trail, Fenway Park and Paul Revere's House.

    Congratulations to the Balsa Wood Team for First Place at the Texas State Finals. The team has qualified to advance to the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals next month.

  • Holiday Program  
     The Fine Arts Department presented its holiday program this week, kicking off the holiday season. Our Choir, Band, Theater and Dance programs turn out spectacular performances that make us proud to be a part of a STEM school with such a well-rounded curriculum.

  • Revere UIL

    On Saturday, November 14, 2015, Paul Revere Middle School hosted more than 600 student competitors at HISD’s second Middle School UIL Invitational of the 2015-16 school year. Students from 17 different schools competed in 35 different competitions in 2 languages. The UIL program is designed to promote extra-curricular activities and improve student achievement. Students are given an opportunity to show their talents outside of a normal classroom setting and show their support to their community. All students are welcome and encouraged to join the UIL program at Revere.
     

    The next UIL Invitational will be held on Saturday, January 9th, 2016 at Pershing Middle School. Parents and volunteers are welcome and needed as well! Anyone interested in participating or volunteering please contact Mr. Gustavson on campus at Revere.

  • The Revere PTO sponsored a door decorating contest. It was fun to see the doors our Revere teachers created.

  • BP STEM Event 9/2015
     
    British Petroleum BP hosts STEM event 
     
    To introduce more women to the field of engineering, BP hosted a STEM event for the young women enrolled in the STEM Magnet program at Paul Revere Middle School.
     
    John Minge, the CEO of BP, used the opportunity to introduce Eduardo Corazon, one of our 8th graders,  as his mentee. Congratulations, Mr. Corazon.
