Project Chrysalis, a charter middle school, was designed as a small school alternative for the East End's children. The school has been housed on the Cage Elementary Campus since 1992. Chrysalis has grown from a team-taught sixth and seventh grade class to an established middle school with around 210 students and 13 faculty members. It provides an extended day, extended year program which emphasizes project based and interdisciplinary learning.
The Project Chrysalis Middle School Faculty and Staff are committed to creating and maintaining an environment which ensures that each student reaches a high level of academic achievement by demonstrating mastery of grade level objectives set by the District, State and Nation
