Construction & Facility Services

Construction and Facility Services (CFS) is responsible for the construction, renovations and maintenance of over 320 campuses around greater Houston in 29.3 million square feet of building space. The Department employs over 1,975 employees who perform many facets of work utilizing multiple crafts. Facility Management is divided into three maintenance areas, plus the Alarm Communications, Auxiliary Support, Environmental Services and Hazardous Materials departments.
