HISD Student Holiday Cards Now Available for Purchase

The Houston Independent School District celebrates the talents of all our students and wants to share these talents with you through the sale of student-designed holiday cards. Available in a variety of quantities, the festive cards are designed in class by HISD students. Each student artist is profiled on the back of his or her card, so you can know a little about who drew the picture. The proceeds go back to the schools for educational programs that support the children's learning. This is a great opportunity for corporations, businesses, organizations, government agencies, and individuals to recognize outstanding students and support Houston's schools.

The cards come with matching envelopes and may include a customizable inside greeting. The cards use artwork from finalists in the district's 2008 holiday card competition. Therefore, only designs from the 22 "finalist" schools are available.
