District and School Profiles

District and school profiles are documents that combine statistical data and other information about individual schools, administrative regions, and the district as a whole into one, easy-to-read page.

Each school profile lists the address, phone number, principal’s name, administrative district, board member, and district superintendent for that school, as well as detailed statistics and demographic data on students, teachers, testing scores, special programs, attendance , disciplinary actions, and promotion rates.

District and school profiles are available online via the HISD Research and Accountability Department Web site. Profiles for each administrative region, other reports, and the entire 687-page District and School Profiles document are available at the site as well. Click here to go to the site.

Profiles can also be accessed via the “School Information” locator tool easily found on the right-hand side of all channels. After using the tool to locate a school, simply click the “School Profile” link that appears in the results screen.
