Early Adopter Task Cards
Early Adopter Task Cards are designed to guide adopters through a key assessment process. Feedback submissions are crucial to ensure OnTrack documentation, features, and permissions work correctly and improved upon.

Early Adopter Schools - February 2017
Schools with comprehensive assessment practice were invited to participate in the early adopter phase of HISD OnTrack development. Early Adopters will receive, in-person training from the vendor, priority support access, and provide feedback on resources and enhancements.

Fall 2016
The new system comes with a full array of authoring, sharing, and publishing, items banks, resources, and assessments. These components will be customized in Fall 2016 to HISD requirements to allow for item and test authors to develop content in Spring 2017.

Spring 2017
Early adopters will begin to receive training and use the new system to give campus and teacher level assessments. Customized reporting features will be developed and will be available for use and feedback.

Summer 2017
Schools will begin using OnTrack for Summer School post assessments, including Benchmark Running Records, during the Summer Session 2017. EdPlan will be available only for reporting of past assessment results.
