Houston Community College (HCC) and Lamar High School have entered into a partnership to offer dual credit courses on the Lamar campus. A dual credit course is a college course taken by a high school student where the student earns both college and high school credit. Eligible students may take 2 courses each semester which saves money and time toward college degrees before they finish high school.
