The HISD Transportation Department has posted the bus routes online.Visit Transportation to see the list of stops for DeBakey HSHP. You should have received a personalized post card in the mail, or an email, with your child's individual bus route from Houston ISD Transportation Services.
You must ride the bus you are assigned to. Any requests for changes to the student's stop and route must be made in person in the Magnet Office. Requests will then be sent for approval to Routing & Scheduling.

Parents or guardians of students who are not eligible for bus service must arrange for the student’s transportation to their assigned campus. METRO offers a 50-percent discount on its Q Fare Card for students who are at least 6 years old. Please note that METRO will be introducing new bus routes this year as of Aug. 16. Read more here.
If you have any additional questions about your child’s bus stop/route at our campus or would like to update your child's address please call the Magnet Office at (713) 741-2410 and ask to speak to Mrs. Rodriguez or Mr. Thornhill. We can only handle transportation issues for students at our campus here at DeBakey HS. You will need to contact your child's school for any other transportation issues.
