| 2007 Educational Adequacy and Facility Assessment (full report): This document includes all of the sections listed below along with supporting documents, soft cost and replacement cost models for the school and space lists for any proposed additions if applicable. These are large documents. Please be patient when downloading them. |
| School Summary: An executive summary that identifies the school's overall condition, the life cycle capital renewal forecast, the facility condition index, school and site level deficiencies, and supporting photographs. This section also provides a reconciliation of total expenditures planned for the 2007 Bond Program. |
| Deficiencies: A detailed line item listing of deficiencies at the site and building levels, including the deficiency's priority and estimated total repair cost. Deficiencies are sorted by building, by system, and by location. This section also includes the life cycle data for the school with the remaining life for each building system and subsystem. |
| Enrollment Projections: A one-page summary of the school's 10-year enrollment projections at the individual school level. The report includes the school's historical PEIMS enrollment adjusted for changes in attendance areas and Katrina students. |
| Educational Suitability: A comprehensive report of the schools' educational sustainability score according to eight criteria including: capacity, support for programs, technology, security and supervision, instructional aids, physical characteristics, learning environment, and relationship of spaces. |
| Capacity: A detailed analysis at the school level of the room-by-room capacity figures compared to the established educational standards and guidelines. The school capacity was used to develop a regional and district-wide capacity overview. |
| Technology: An inventory of the technology components associated with the school. This includes items such as the public address systems, air conditioning within the computer equipment room, media distribution systems, and the overall telecommunications infrastructure. |
| Space Inventory and CAD: A space summary showing total areas by building and space classification, along with a detailed listing of all rooms, their size, and their use.
