Professional Development Services (PDS) impacts student growth and achievement by providing quality solutions, services, and products to support those who inspire, lead,and educate others.
PDS provides a variety of professional learning experiences for individuals at every level of the organization including principals, teachers, and support staff.  Services can be customized to meet specific campus or department needs and include:

  • virtual learning
  • culture building
  • PLC meeting facilitation
  • event coordination
  • technology integration
  • professional development planning
The department operates on a fee-for-service basis and provides services to Houston ISD and surrounding districts.
