The purpose of all training provided by Professional Development Services is to impact student success by providing quality solutions, services and products to support those who inspire, lead, and educate others.

In order to realize its mission, the Professional Development Department must develop training opportunities that foster systemic change and focus on district-level initiatives.  Strong leadership is imperative if schools are to meet the challenges of the information age of the future.  The Professional Development Department will capitalize on a variety of delivery systems to provide professional growth activities for teachers and administrators, enabling these professionals to maximize their effectiveness through quality support, interaction and skills refinement which will result in improved student achievement.
