Sign Up for HISD’s Professional Development Palooza by May 24

Seminar open to both district and non-district educators

Educators (from both HISD and other districts) who are eager to take their Web technology skills to the next level should consider attending Professional Development Services’ Professional Development “Palooza” on June 10 and 11, 2009.

This two-day seminar will allow teachers to:

  • explore a wide variety of technological tools;
  • develop their own “digital toolbox”;
  • discover sophisticated ways to use Web technology to create engaging instructional opportunities for today’s tech-savvy learners.

HISD employees should register using e-TRAIN (course #TT6700).

The deadline to sign up is Sunday, May 24, 2009, and the course costs $225.
