The Department of Multilingual Programs is responsible for providing support to school personnel through the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of ESL/Bilingual Education programs, the Migrant Education program, Title III program, and Refugee program to meet the needs of students with limited English proficiency (LEP), migrant, immigrant or refugee status.
