Changes in instructional setting codes are now in effect .

If a student with disabilities was ARDed for new instructional services for the 2008-2009 school year and the instructional setting code has changed, make the change for this year's service in Chancery, now. 

  •  The Effective date and new instructional code(s) must be entered on the date service begins.
Funding begins on the Effective Date the instructional code is entered and services must begin at the time the new code is entered.  When the instructional setting code is changed, the funding will change.
