Wanda Adams report on Homelessness in Houston.

City Council Member Wanda Adams spent most of her time in office advocating for her district’s share of city revenue and resources. She is a native Houstonian who came from the same area as both Barbara Jordan and Mickey Leland. Adams was a basketball star at Kashmere High School, for which she received a scholarhsip to Texas Southern University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs.
