•  There are many different dialects of Arabic. Which type of Arabic do you use at AIMS?

Our goal is to set your child up for success. In countries where Arabic is taught and spoken, students learn Modern Standard Arabic (MSA). MSA is also the language of the news, television, books, the media, and universities. While we appreciate the diversity of the Middle East, and the unique colloquialisms that each country has, we want to ensure that your child can communicate in any setting.  Because of this, we will use MSA when teaching content at AIMS.

We recognize the benefits of exposing students to colloquial Arabic and teach our enrichment classes in colloquial Arabic when possible. The dialect is contingent on the teacher's native dialect.
