HISD is committed to providing students with the support they need. When children are healthy and strong, they spend more time in school, and when they spend more time in school, they are learning and increasing the chance that they will graduate and thrive at college or in their chosen career.
HISD partners with many organizations that provide the services HISD students need to stay healthy, both physically and mentally. The services those organizations provide range from licensed school psychologists to dropout prevention to student discipline, as well as where to get immunizations, foster care, and much more.The providers listed here can deliver the social, emotional, physical, and academic support and guidance that students need to succeed.
