Social Activism Tuesday Presents:
Random Acts of Kindness
Do Now-take out your planner or notebook. Make a note of the last time you did something nice for someone else and they did not know it was you who did it.
If you can’t remember, let’s try a social experiment…
#1-Do a simple task for someone
#2-Don’t tell them it was you
#3-You have one week to complete your task
Today we are celebrating National Acts of Kindness Day! This is sponsored by the Random Acts of Kindness foundation in Denver. Watch the videos below using Google Chrome for some simple ideas.
What good can one act of kindness do in the overall scheme of things?
After watching the Pay it Forward clip, brainstorm with your advocacy group to generate a list of ideas for selfless acts.
While you do not have to tell anyone what you have chosen to do, make yourself a note. We will do an anonymous posting next week of all Random Acts.

Have an idea for an awesome act of kindness? Head over and fill out an act proposal form — we offer financial assistance to those who need it to complete their equally amazing projects. Start brainstorming!
