    To request a new user account or if you have any problems with the website, email roberts.info.services@gmail.com.  Please include your first and last name, preferred email address, name of your child(ren), grade level of your child(ren), and teacher's name (if known).
    Due to technical constraints, please allow up to one week for new accounts to be created.  You will receive an email confirmation once the account is ready.
