    Essential Question: What are ways to collaborate that improve academic success?

    Activity

    (Reading, Discourse, Writing)

    Task: Students will separate into content study groups.

     

    1. Tell the students to sit together based on their need:

    Example:

    1. Group 1: English I
    2. Group 2: Biology
    3. Group 3: World History
    4. Group 4: Geometry
    5. Group 5: Reading I
    1. In these groups, they should help each other with assignments/or studying materials. Remind the students about the positive traits of collaboration.

     

    *Please guide the students through their study group session-- you may want to provide input on your own individual subject.
