Holley Offlee-Mays serves the Sharpstown Community as the Assistant Principal of Neff Elementary for grades 2-5. Mays holds an enriched background in providing primary educational support, culture enrichment and offers undeniable dedication towards Neff staff, family, and student success!
Ms. Mays attended the University of Houston for her undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and obtained a Master of Education Administration, from Grand Canyon University. She holds experience in teaching grades 1st-5th, through the HISD campuses of Benbrook Elementary, Tinsley Elementary and presently Pat Neff Elementary. She has held various leadership opportunities in Teacher Appraisal, Campus Induction Coordinator (for new teachers), LPAC administrator & Testing Coordinator. She has been a participant in various leadership training opportunities within the district, including the Assistant Principal Candidate Development Program, West Area Tier II Symposium & Rice University’s Educational Entrepreneurship Program (REEP).
In addition to her formal education and training she holds a 14-year history of hands-on instructional experiences along with various campus leadership opportunities catering towards her passion in building a strong and positive academic school culture.
