Dear Families,

I would like to welcome you to Wharton K-8 Dual Language Academy. I am very excited to have you at our school and your child in my class. We promise to give no less than our absolute best effort in working with your child. This year your child will learn exciting information that will build his/her strong academic foundation and prepare him/her for a successful future. Your child is about to embark on a journey with two languages and an academic path with multi-lingual advantages. In addition, your child will have the freedom to experiment, explore, seek, and question through our IB units of inquiry.

My name is Patricia Sepulveda and I graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown with a BA in interdisciplinary studies and bilingual supplement. This is my second year of teaching! My family and I are from Piedras Negras, Coahuila MX! Ahua! I enjoy anime, movies and museums! Additionally, I absolutely love spending time with my family and trying new places to eat (Recommendations are welcomed!) Me gustaría darle la bienvenida a Wharton K-8 Dual Language Academy. Estoy muy emocionada de tenerlos en nuestra escuela y su hijo en mi clase. Prometemos dar nada menos que nuestro mejor esfuerzo para trabajar con su hijo. Este año su hijo aprenderá información interesante que construirá su sólida base académica y lo preparará para un futuro exitoso. Su hijo está a punto de embarcarse en un viaje con dos idiomas y una trayectoria académica con ventajas multilingües. Además, su hijo tendrá la libertad de experimentar, explorar, buscar y cuestionar a través de nuestras unidades de investigación del IB.
