Troubleshooting: Microphone & Speakers

Audio Microphone/Speaker issues are common with student laptop devices.

FIRST - Microsoft updates come out every week, and for some reason tend to cause random isssue with speakers, microphones, and other devices.

RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.

Click the Windows icon bottom left, click the Power icon, then click Restart.
