Wonderworks, a non-profit organization, is presenting its eighteenth annual summer pre-college enrichment programs for academically promising and talented Houston-area high school students:
Wonderworks' programs are challenging but enjoyable and emulate college-level courses and use college-level materials. However, they are ungraded and carry no credit, but are designed to broaden cultural horizons and develop critical reading and thinking skills. All are taught by college- or college-level instructors using college modes of presentation. Most programs are reading intensive and require significant out-of-class reading each night and on weekends.
