What is the Canvas Student app?

The Canvas Student app allows students to use a mobile device to access their courses, groups, submit assignments, participate in discussions, view course calendar, To Do items, grades, course materials and receive notifications. The app is available for both Android and iOS devices.

Note: The HISD Canvas Student app will become available to students starting Fall 2022.
