  • Family Survey
  • Health Education - Parent Opt In Letter (SB9)
  • Military Connected Family Survey
  • Privacy Code: Student Records, Rights, and Responsibilities
  • Socioeconomic Information Form
  • Student Assistance Questionnaire
  • HB4545 Parent Notification Letter (if applicable)
• Complete Personal Graduation Plan
  • Submit transcripts if any high school credits have been earned
• Students will receive Chromebook
• Complete HCC Application via ApplyTexas
