    Student must be three on or before September 1, 2024, to be enrolled in Pre-K 3

    Student must be four on or before September 1, 2024, to be enrolled in Pre-K.

    Student must be five on or before September 1, 2024, to be enrolled in Kindergarten.

    Student must be six on or before September 1, 2024, to be enrolled in 1st grade.

     

     

     

    To Apply In Person:

     

      1. Click HERE to print out and complete a hard copy of enrollment application or come by the school to pick up a hard copy of the application.

    Come to the following open registration dates in person:   

     

    Monday – Wednesday, July 1st – 3rd  – 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. 

     

    Monday – Wednesday, July 8th – 10th – 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

     

    Friday, August 2nd – 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.,12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

     

    Monday, August 5th – 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

     

    Tuesday, August 6th – 12 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

     

     

      1. Bring your application and the following required documents to Park Place to verify your registration:

     

    •  Child’s Birth certificate/passport

    •  Up-to-date immunization records

    •  Child’s Social security card (if applicable)

    •  Lease agreement, home purchase agreement, or property tax statement

    •  Original utility bill (Ex: Light, water, or gas bill)

    •  Original guardian state-issued picture identification or passport

    •  Final report card or withdrawal papers from previous school

     

    Once Steps 1 – 3 have been completed and all documents have been received, your registration is complete. 

     

    Note:

    Your child must be at school on the first day of school by 9:00 am to be officially enrolled.  If students are not present at school on the first day of school by 9:00 am, they will be removed from our roster since spots cannot be reserved.    

     

     

    To Apply Online:

    For Zoned Families K-5

    Requirement:

    Student must be five on or before September 1, 2024, to be enrolled in Kindergarten.

    and complete the online registration for the academic year. Select Park Place Elementary. Upload the required documents listed below:

     

    •  Child’s Birth certificate/passport

    •  Up-to-date immunization records

    •  Original utility bill (Ex: Light, water, or gas bill)

    For Non-Zoned Families (Families that do not live within the Park Place school boundary)

    Requirement:

    Student must be five on or before September 1, 2024, to be enrolled in Kindergarten.

     

    Student must be six on or before September 1, 2024, to be enrolled in 1st grade.

    1. Click on https://www.houstonisd.org/schoolchoice 

    and Select “Apply Now” on the top right hand side of the screen. Select Park Place as the school of choice for Space Availability and upload your Proof of Residency and Child’s Birth certificate/passport. Note: This does not guarantee that you are offered a seat yet until you receive an offer. Please check your email regularly from School Choice for the status of your application.

     

    1. Once your child’s seat is offered, log back into School Choice website and accept your seat. You will have 5 days to accept the seat or your application will dropped after the 5th day the seat was offered. 

     

    1. Go https://www.houstonisd.org/enroll and complete the online registration for the academic year. Select Park Place Elementary. Upload the required documents listed below:

     

    •  Child’s Birth certificate/passport
