  • Performance Analysis
    • Direct research staff in the design, implementation, evaluation, and revision of performance systems that measure progress at the district, campus, teacher, and student levels in locally, state, and federally funded programs.
    • Provide expertise, information, modeling, and performance analysis results to district policy makers to facilitate the decision-making process for locally funded programs.
    • Responsible for the coordination of all local, state, and federally funded performance pay models and grants.
    • Direct the development and maintenance of the linkage between student, teacher, and campus data and ensure data quality throughout evaluation-driven revisions of performance analysis and performance models.
    • Coordinate the utilization of student, teacher, campus, and district performance data with outside consultants for value-added analysis and web-based information system development
    • Communicate and report on student, campus, and district performance analysis. Specifically, provide the results and information that comprises the communication of performance pay model results and other performance systems to all stakeholders.
    • Possess knowledge of technical issues related to statistical modeling, value-added analysis, teacher incentive pay models, psychometrics other performance-based analysis methods.
    • Provide expertise and consultation to administrators and campus personnel on performance analysis including but not limited to statistical modeling, value-added assessments, teacher incentive models, and psychometrics.
    • Keep district personnel abreast of current trends in the areas of educational research, evaluation, performance analysis, teacher incentive, value-added models, and program development.
