• Get to Know Ms. E!
    First Day of School
I grew up in Everett, Washington with my mom, stepdad and little sister. When I was younger, I was a bookworm and would get in trouble for reading cereal boxes and salad dressing labels instead of eating. I enjoyed school when I was growing up and loved college (I'm going back part-time to get my Master's!). Once I graduated, I started teaching in Seattle, but was unable to find a permanent, full-time position, so I started applying for jobs in other states. While on a camping trip with my family in Oregon, Ms. Hallinan interviewed and hired me. I returned to Washington and started the five-day drive with my grandpa in a U-Haul. And here I am today!
