Cross Country is open to 7^th and 8^th grade students who enjoy distance running! An interest meeting for parents and athletes will be Thursday, December 17, 2020 @ 4 pm via MS Teams.  Link will be sent out via Remind.

The first practice of the season will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2021. Regular practices will be held Monday – Thursday with Friday being a rest day.   There will be a District Meet on January 23rd @ North Forest High School.

In order to participate, you must submit a completed Athletics Packet and Physical for the 2020-2021 school year.
