Welcome to the wonderful world of journalism! In these classes, you will not only learn about the importance and historic significance of media, but you will also have the ability to make a difference in the world through reporting and transforming into professional Lee High School journalists. Last year, we restarted the Lee newspaper with one class of journalism and we won District UIL in Overall Journalism. Just think about the possibilities and impacts our students can make with 6 journalism classes!

My name is Jenni Wiener. I am from Cincinnati, Ohio, and I was a journalism and international studies major with a minor in Spanish at Miami University in Ohio. I have a diverse background in journalism from working and interning with esteemed news corporations such as CBS's Local 12 News in Cincinnati, Cincinnati Magazine, The Miami Student newspaper, the Voice of America in Washington D.C. and various other college magazines and television programs. I am excited to pass down my passion for journalism to the students of Lee High School and see what a difference they can make!
