    By following these procedures we will make sure you will get the proper attention for any of your technology needs in the order of once it was received.


    Email the PowerUp! Helpdesk for any technology issues such as:

     
    For example:

    My Printer is not connecting to my laptop.
    My laptop won’t power on.
    My smart board is out of focus.
    My network password is not working.
    I cannot connect to the internet.
    The software on my computer is acting up.

    HARDWARE INCIDENT CLAIM
    This procedure is for Faculty and Staff only.

    -My screen is cracked.
    -The corner of my laptop chipped off.
    -My mouse pad cracked and won’t work anymore.
    -One of my USB ports are broken.

    These are problems with high importance that must be reported the second any damage is found on the HISD PowerUP! Laptop. Each employee were given a packet of information about responsibility on upholding technology here at Chavez High School. If your problem is similar to the ones stated above; please copy and paste the following to your email.
