On October 11, 2017 Waltrip High School will participate in a day of service and college visits.  Seniors are being asked to select between visiting the University of Houston for a walking tour or volunteering at a local elementary school.  Seniors are asked to select an activity from the ones listed below.  You must have a valid student ID number to register for the event.

 

To register simply click on the link for the desired activity.  You will be prompted to enter your name and student ID number.  Please note.  space is limited.  Once an opportunity is full, you will not be able to register for the event.  Check back regularly as new opportunities may be posted.

Students may volunteer to work on elementary campuses.  Students may be asked to assist a teacher with classroom activities, read with younger students or engage in a beautification project.  If interested please select the campus you would like to attend.  Students may choose from Durham Elementary, Love Elementary, Garden Oaks Montessori, Oak Forest Elementary, Stevens Elementary and the Arabic Immersion School.
