Hello students and parents,
Welcome to East Early College High School! My name is Ryan Estrada, and I am a math teacher. This year will be my ninth year of teaching and sixth year here at East Early. I am raised and attended schools in the Houston area. This year, I will teach Algebra I, Strategic Learning in Math, and Algebraic Reasoning.
During my off time, I love to bowl, attend Univ. of Houston and NCAA basketball games, and travel.
I am looking forward to working with you and your child this year. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to e-mail me at restrad6@houstonisd.org.

About course(s) taught: Algebra I, Strategic Learning in Mathematics, and Algebraic Reasoning.
Algebra I and Strategic Learning in Math classes meet every day but the content for Algebra I is continuous. Students are required to take the Algebra I STAAR End of course exam in May. You need to pass the course and exam in order to earn high school credit and graduate high school.
Algebraic Reasoning is a bridge class for Geometry students to prepare for Algebra II.
