Wolf's Den After-School Program
Crockett Elementary Wolf's Den offers Extended Day and Enrichment Classes staffed by HISD Employees and HISD Approved Vendors.(Pricing for Extended Day is listed on SchoolPay. Pricing for Enrichment Classes offered that are HISD Vendor Approved will be listed beginning August 7.)
Program Description
A tuition-based after-school program offering Extended Day for Kinder through 5th Grade students from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, with several options available, including HISD Approved Vendor Classes. The Extended Day Options, staffed by HISD employees, are as follows:
Full Time 3:00-6:00; Half Time 3:00-5:00; Occasional 3:00-6:00 (sold in increments of 5 Days/Units) or Bridge Extended Day on a day you register solely for a 2nd-hour Enrichment Class.
HISD Approved Vendors offer enrichment classes each semester for a separate cost. Both Extended Day and Enrichment Classes will be available for purchase beginning August 7. The Fall classes are scheduled to begin on September 12 and end on December 14. During the month of December, a new listing of classes for Spring 2024 will be available for registration, and they will run from January 23 - May 23.
SchoolPay Payments
SchoolPay is the method HISD has set up for schools to use for purchases. Thus, Crockett Elementary Wolf's Den is set up via SchoolPay.The SchoolPay link to fill out a required registration form is: www.schoolpay.com/link/cewd2324Anyone signing up for Wolf's Den must fill out the required registration form as soon as possible. Please fill out all fields. This will not only provide us with your information but also provide us with a number of students to plan for.New students for the 2023-2024 school year: Families, you will not find your child listed in SchoolPay. You will need to fill out the required registration form as a guest.Also, note: If you choose ONLY Enrichment Classes, students do not have to be enrolled in the 1st hour of Extended Day to participate in Enrichment Classes. But, students must be enrolled in Bridge Ext Day from 3:00-4:30 for the 2nd hour of class.

Although students must be enrolled in Bridge Ext. Day from 3:00-4:30 if wanting to participate in the 2nd hour of class, beginning at 4:35.
Homework Study Time: Offered solely for students registered for Extended Day daily and for those registered for Bridge on the day class is scheduled. The purpose of Homework Study Time is to provide a quiet environment for students who are in need to work on their homework. Please understand that Homework Study Time does not serve as academic tutoring. Our staff acts as a support to clarify instructions in regard to your child’s homework. However, if your child has a misunderstanding about a content-specific assignment, it will be advised for you to reach out to your child’s teacher so that further instruction may be provided to further support understanding.Outdoor/Indoor Activities: HISD Guidelines will be adhered to for safety purposes.
Pick-Up Policy: It is imperative that you be prepared to present a valid form of ID (ID with your picture); the ASP Staff will only release your child to the adults you list on the Pick Up Authorization Form. According to HISD Policy, an adult is someone 18 years of age or older. We will not release your child to anyone under the age of 18. Please inform the individuals you listed of this information.Late Pick Up: Please pick up your child on time according to the program you have registered for. Late pick-up fees will be assessed.
