Mr. Burton is a native of Mississippi, but he moved to Texas when he was 6 years old. He studied in and graduated from the Aldine ISD system. He began his college education at Prairie View A&M, and later he earned both of his degrees from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Burton has been in education for many years, entering his thirteenth year of experience here at Burbank.

In his free time, he enjoys camping, bowling, billiards, football, and mudding. He hopes that all his students have an amazing time while studying here.
