Your patience is appreciated as we work to prioritize and fulfill active HISD transcript requests, graduation verifications, and subpoena requests.
Important Information
- All requests must be submitted online.
- Students age 18 and older must authorize release of their records.
- Current HISD students should contact their school directly.
- Processing times may be longer during peak periods.
Processing Notice
Requests are processed in the order received. Response times may be longer during July, August, January, and May, as well as during school breaks and holidays.

- These record requests are for former students and corporate only.
- Currently enrolled students must request student records from the high school they are attending.
- Requests are processed on normal school days during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).
All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any inaccurate information may result in your record not being processed. All communication with regard to your order, payment, our progress, and the records delivery will be sent via email.
