    Please review the following steps before the dates listed above:   

    1. Go to https://www.houstonisd.org/enroll and complete the online registration for the 2022-2023 academic year.  Please see our school's registration requirements on our website: https://www.houstonisd.org/Page/162373 

    1. Please make sure to submit your application before you attend any of our registration dates. Make sure to save/print the completed form as verification of your application. (See picture below). 

    1. Select one of the dates above to come in person, with your original documents, to finish student registration. *Students must have final report card showing successful completion of the 2021-2022 school year for our June registration dates.  

    1. Once Steps 1 – 3 have been completed and all documents have been received, your registration is complete. 

    1. Your child must be at school on the first day of school by 9:00 am to be officially enrolled.  If students are not present at school on the first day of school by 9:00 am, they will be removed from our roster since spots cannot be reserved.    

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    HUB registration will open May 3rd at 7:00 am and close May 5th at 11:59 pm. 

    During this window, please complete the following steps: 

    1. Send an email to gvigil@houstonisd.org with the following naming norm in the subject line: “Hub Grade Registration- Student’s Last Name, First Initial” (ex. HUB 2nd Grade Registration- Skywalker, L.)  

    1. List the following information in the email: 

    1. Student’s Name 

    1. Grade Level for 2022-2023 

    1. Current Hub School 

    1. Parent Contact Phone Number 

    1. Attach a copy of:  

    1. Original birth certificate/passport 

    1. Up to date immunization records  

    1. Lease agreement, home purchase agreement, or property tax statement* 

    1. Original utility bill (light bill or water bill) 

    1. Original parent/guardian state -issued picture identification 

    1. Parents will be notified of any missing documents. (It is the responsibility of the parents, not the HUB campus, to submit required registration documents.) 

    1. To complete registration, you will need to submit your child’s final report card to the front office on one of the following dates: 

    1. June 13th-16th from 8:00am- 3:00pm 

    1. June 20th-23rd from 8:00am- 3:00pm 

    If we do not receive the final report card by June 23rd at 3:00pm your child will be removed from our rosters and will lose priority as a HUB student. You will need to complete the registration process as a new student.
