Whittier Elementary students in Kindergarten through 5th Grade were excited to learn about how to take the BULL out of bullying with a visit from the Houston Texans' own Toro!

Toro stopped by Whittier on October 16th during Be Kind Week, a school-wide event dedicated to kindness and bullying prevention. Our wonderful students learned about the importance of being kind to those around them as well as strategies for identifying and correcting bullying situations. Whittier students took a pledge to remain committed to showing kindness, compassion, and empathy to others. 

We were very grateful that Toro took the time to come out and teach us the importance of bullying prevention. Thank you Toro and the Houston Texans!
