New Student Registration for 2019-2020

During the school year, the Registrar office is open for new student registration from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 - 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. We do, however, close during testing and holidays.  In addition, there are special registration times offered at the beginning of each semester and over the summer.

Please bring the appropriate packet (EnglishSpanish) filled out along with the originals and one set of copies of the following documents:

·         Birth certificate, passport if it lists the parents, or other acceptable document of identity.

·         Current driver’s license for the person registering the student.  The person registering the student must be the parent listed on the Birth Certificate.

·         Social Security Card

·         Proof of Residence (Apartment dwellers – original lease signed by management, with the student listed as an occupant is required; Home dwellers – a current utility bill with the parent’s name and address;

·         Immunization Record – Up to date

·         Final report card and with promotion status from this past school year is required for all incoming 9th graders.

·         Copy of an unofficial transcript for 10th – 12th grade students. 

·         Special Education papers/ARD records if applicable

·         Withdrawal papers from the previous school are required for registration during the school year.

In order to enroll at Westside High School, parents must bring the original documents and a copy of each of the documents listed above. Westside highly encourages all prospective students to fill out the forms online and to print and bring them with you when they come to Westside to register.
