The 2017 America’s Most Challenging High Schools list has been updated to reflect a change in data from the IDEA charter school network, a change that affects several schools’ rankings at the top of the list. IDEA has acknowledged that it mistakenly submitted erroneous data to The Washington Post, data that incorrectly boosted the ranking for several of its schools.
