The Houston ISD released the Defined Autonomy Framework (DAF), which is a system designed to allow for flexibility and innovation at high-performing campuses while maintaining rigorous expectations for all schools.

Pin Oak Middle School is categorized within the framework as a Level 3. 

The linked document outlines the specific autonomy earned by the schools at each level.
