The Kelsey-Seybold mobile mammography unit will be at the Hattie Mae White Educational Support Center on Friday, September 27, 2024, from 8:20 AM until 2:40 PM. Eligible Kelsey-Seybold ACO and Texas Medical Neighborhood plan members may register to complete their preventive mammogram that day using the QR code or URL below:

To finalize your appointment, please call the Mobile Mammography scheduling line at 713-442-0656. The scheduling line is open Monday - Friday, 7:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Your appointment will not be considered fully scheduled until the Mobile Mammography scheduling department has reviewed and confirmed your registration with you over the phone. This confirmation phone call will take approximately 10 minutes. Please have your medical insurance card ready when you call.
