Jet Dental is back! 

Jet Dental will be providing preventive dental services, which include your X-rays, Comprehensive Exam, and Preventive Cleaning. They accept both Cigna DPPO and Cigna DHMO dental coverage. $50 deductible applies to regular DPPO plan members. There is a $5 charge for Cigna DHMO members and DPPO Buy-up plan members pay $0 for preventive services.
