If you have not yet completed the SAQ (Student Assistance Questionnaire) and the SIF (Socioeconomic Information Form) forms in the parent portal please do so ASAP. This information is necessary for funding of tutors, interventionists, and other important roles on campus. If you are unable to access the forms on the portal or are having difficulty, please contact the main office (713) 295-5258, and we will send a paper copy home with your child.
