Pre-Hire Session

The Pre-Hire session is one of the final steps to becoming a member of Team HISD. You will be invited to a Pre-Hire Session by your Talent Coordinator to finalize your HR paperwork after you complete your New Hire electronic packet in OneSourceMe. 
HISD is hosting pre-hire sessions twice daily from Monday, August 28th - Thursday, September 1st at 9:00am and 2:00pm.  Register for a time HERE

What do I need to bring?
  • Social Security Card (required as a condition of employment)
  • Valid Picture ID (e.g. valid drivers license/state issued ID/passport/permanent resident card/employment authorization card-if applicable)
  • High School Diploma/Official College Transcripts (if applicable)
  • Official Service Records (from previous school districts, if applicable) 
  • Verification of Employment for non-instructional positions
 It is the employee's responsibility to turn in all required documents during or within 30 days of the pre-hire session!
