Badge & Network Access

As a new and/or returning HISD employee, you will receive an employee ID badge and Welcome Letter from your HR Business Partner Associate once fully cleared of the hire process.

 

Employee ID Badge
Please refer to the ID Badge Request Form to virtually request an ID badge. The ID Badge team will contact you when the ID badge is ready for pickup. You may pick up your ID badge after you receive your clearance letter at the location listed below.  
 
Welcome Letter
Your Human Resource Associate will send a Welcome Letter via email after you have successfully completed all steps of the hiring process. Your Welcome Letter will provide your start date, salary information, network login ID, temporary password, and instructions to access your HISD e-mail account and the employee portal (myHISD).
