Just Graduated? Come Pick Up Your Diploma!

Congratulations graduates! Diplomas are ready for pick-up starting Tuesday, June 28th, 2022 from 9-12 and 1-4. Below are the guidelines for getting your diplomas.

  • A form of government-issued photo ID (driver license, passport, etc.) must be presented as proof of identity to pick up records.

  • FERPA – If a student has turned 18, only the student has access to their records. NO ONE, including parents, can pick up any documents for the student without one of the following:
    • The student makes a copy of their government-issued photo ID and writes a note on it authorizing another individual, by name, to pick up their records. This note must be signed and dated and the signature must match that on the government issued photo ID.
    • The parent/guardian has legal custodial documentation for the adult graduate.
    • NOTE: In both situations above, the government-issued photo ID of the non-student picking up records must be verified.

  • The individual picking up the records envelope must sign and date for its receipt on the Diploma Pickup sheet.

Students: your packet includes your diploma, a sealed official transcript, a copy of your shot record, along with various other documents. If you damage or misplace your diploma, there is a $30 charge for a replacement.
