Dear Pup Families,

We hope this message finds you well. As we look ahead to the next chapter of high school or the next grade level with us or another school, we kindly ask for your assistance in ensuring that all student information is current and up-to-date.

To help us plan for the 2024-2025 school year, please sign up for a day that suits your schedule to meet with us one-on-one. We will be meeting with all current sixth-grade students in March, seventh-grade students in April,

and eighth-grade students in May. Current eighth-grade parents must also provide the information below to ensure their student's file is updated before moving to ninth grade in HISD.

Please refer to the attached documents to ensure that all necessary files are up-to-date and ready to be sent or stored for the next academic year. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or need assistance before your appointment. We will be happy to help.

Thank you for your time and cooperation throughout this process. We are looking forward to seeing you all soon.
